2. Collection and storage of personal data (server log files)
This website is delivered as a purely static site (no CMS, no database). When you visit it, the web server automatically records technically necessary access data: IP address, date and time of access, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL. This data is required to deliver the website and to ensure IT security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Contacting us
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email, company if applicable, message) solely to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
3a. Forms (contact, “WooCommerce & ERP” & “Google Shopping CSS”)
The contact form, the qualification form on /woocommerce-warenwirtschaft/ and the request form on /google-css/ (each including the English and Spanish language versions) are processed by a separate, isolated server service. For the Google CSS form we collect company/shop name, website, email and, optionally, the CSS or agency currently used and a message. For the ERP form we collect, in addition to name/email/message: company/shop name, website and the ERP system you specify. Your details are stored in structured form and forwarded to us by email (sent via the service provider Brevo, Sendinblue GmbH) to handle your request — if you indicate interest in an integration, possibly for further contact, including transfer to our customer/prospect CRM for segmentation by ERP system used (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures at your request). Technical campaign parameters from the newsletter link (utm_source/medium/campaign) are stored together with the request on the ERP form so that it can be attributed to the campaign — no cookies are set for this.
4. Cookies & analytics tools
This website currently uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking tool. Should a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool be used in the future, this page will first be updated with its name, purpose, legal basis and opt-out option.
5. Rights of data subjects
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to the processing of your personal data within the scope of the law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
6. Hosting
Hosting takes place entirely within the EU. Our hosting provider processes access data solely on our instructions.
7. Changes
This privacy policy is updated as required.
